
Hierarchy Definition
Every organization has multiple departments, sections, designations, grades, etc. Time-attendance related policies also vary in all these different divisions. eTimeTracker™ offers flexibility to create an organization structure matching the organization’s exact hierarchy.

Late-In/Early-Out Policy
eTimeTracker™ monitors late-In entry and early-out exit of employees based on their shift timings. HR can create and assign these policies to each employee separately or a group of employees. Appropriate actions like deductions and official/personal markings are taken based on late-in and early-out entries of an employee.

Absenteeism Policy
You can configure absenteeism policy as per your company rules:- Set auto week off as absent, if week off found between two absent, auto public holiday as absent if public holiday found between two absents. Absentism reports are availbale with graphical view as per user defined filter value.

Shifts and Schedules
Shifts and work schedules are complex in nature and vary from organization to organization. eTimeTracker™ allows creating multiple shifts and shift schedules with break time, grace time, off- day, etc. to manage workforce of any organization. eTimeTracker™ supports Mid Month attendance Cycle i.e user definable value as per company's policy.

Overtime Policy
Over time Policy is a complex process and varies from organization to organization. eTimeTracker™ Time-Attendance allows calculating over time as per user configurable policies. eTimeTracker™ can resolve over-time and date rollover issues related with night shifts.

Holidays
Organizations operating across multiple locations need to offer holidays to their employees according to local holidays. eTimeTracker™ Time-Attendance allows creating Holiday Calendar and assigne them cost centre wise, employee wise, department wise, designation wise or branch wise.

Manual Punch Entry
Manual Entry is needed when employee or HR needs any modification in attendance records, over time, late- in/early-out timings, personal or official marking, etc. HR can modify employee attendance data to reflect and correct factors which are not defined in the attendance policies.

Attendance Summary
Attendance summary comprises essential fields for the salary calculations. It summarizes various employee data like attendance, leaves, weekly off and holidays on a single page. Further more, organization-wise, department-wise and user defined period-wise attendance summary can be generated.

Global Attendance Parameters
Common rules and parameters can be defined as templates and applied globally to
all users to save time during deployment. These parameters include number of duplicate
punches allowed, auto shift correction, maximum late-in/early-out allowed time,
etc.
